The performance requirements of the vacuum leaf filter are: (1) The working vacuum of the leaf filter should not be less than 0.06MPa, and the working temperature should not be greater than 55°C.

(2) The fixed structure of the filter cloth on the filter plate on the leaf filter should ensure reliable connection, no leakage, and easy replacement of the filter cloth. The filter cloth and the filter plate should be fully and effectively attached.

(3) The filter plates of the leaf filter should be kept parallel, and the parallelism tolerance should not be greater than 3.0mm; the filter plates should not swing during the lifting and moving of the leaf filter.

(4) All sealing surfaces of the vacuum piping system of the leaf filter should be sealed without leakage. The structure of the leaf filter should also meet the special function of ensuring that the filter cake does not fall off during the lifting and translation working process after it is cut off from the vacuum source.
